Thank you for choosing Jyoti Kiran Sevabharati Foundation! We appreciate your support and generosity in helping us achieve our mission. As a non-profit organization, we rely on the donations we receive to fund our programs and services. We understand, however, that there may be circumstances where you need to request a refund of your donation. This refund policy outlines our procedures for handling such requests.

Refund Eligibility:
We will process refunds for donations made to Jyoti Kiran Sevabharati Foundation in the following circumstances:

• The donation was made in error or by mistake

• The donation was made fraudulently

• The donation was made for an event or program that was cancelled or rescheduled

• The donation was made with incorrect or outdated payment information

Refund Request Process:
To request a refund, please contact us at jksfoundation.ngo@gmail.com. Please provide us with your name, the date and amount of your donation, and the reason for your refund request. We may require additional information to process your request.

Refund Processing:
We will process your refund within 30 days of receiving your request. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the donation. If the donation was made by credit card, the refund will be credited back to the same card. If the donation was made by check or cash, we will issue a refund check to the address on file.

Non-Refundable Donations:
In general, donations made to Jyoti Kiran Sevabharati Foundation are non-refundable. We may make exceptions to this policy in certain circumstances, such as those outlined above.

Changes to this Refund Policy:
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately.
